About

My name is Petra Scotti-White

Since stepping onto the mat in 2003, I have been devoted to exploring what it means to be fully present in the body. My path began with 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance ERYT‑500), and over the years it has unfolded into a multidisciplinary approach to embodied healing.

In 2011, my curiosity about anatomy and movement led me to Massage Therapy. What began as a way to deepen my yoga teaching evolved into a full professional path. I am now a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 650 hours of training, including specialized study in Oncology and Hospice massage.

In 2025, I completed my certification as a Transformational Breath® Facilitator after five years of immersive study, personal practice, and self‑exploration in the modality. This work continues to shape my understanding of how breath, touch, and awareness support profound transformation.

Before entering the healing arts, I spent 18 years in Occupational Safety with a multi‑national corporation, becoming a Certified Occupational Ergonomist through Colorado State University. During that time, I also led the Corporate Wellness Program, gaining deep insight into occupational injuries, stress, and the challenges people face in their bodies at work.

A central part of my mission is to help people become more embodied, especially those navigating illness or vulnerability. I have a special interest in serving the oncology and hospice community—an under‑served population that benefits greatly from conscious touch, gentle movement, and compassionate presence.

Across all my offerings, I focus on creating opportunities for people to

experience the aliveness of their own bodies and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within.
